Published Feb 22, 2026 at 06:27 pm (Order date: Feb 15, 2026)I ordered an umbrella, and from the first assembly, I noticed that the area above the zipper was cracked. I had already mentioned to you that I had owned a similar umbrella before, without ever encountering this kind of problem. I sent you an email on 02/18/2026, but I have not yet received a response. This seems to me to be a manufacturing defect, and I am waiting for a reply from you. (Translated review)
