Mixing tips

Robin Red Method Mix is easy to mix. Empty the 2 kg bag of starter into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-quart maggot tray with water, pour it over the starter and mix thoroughly, then leave to stand for 30 minutes, during which time the water will be absorbed by the starter.
