Christmas Raffle Rules
Article 1 – Organizer
The raffle is organized by Deconinck Fishing SRL, located at 30 Thomas-Bouquillon Street, 7784 Warneton.
Article 2 – Event Dates
Participation is open from Thursday 11 December 2025 to Wednesday 31 December 2025 inclusive. Any entry outside these dates will not be considered.
Article 3 – Conditions of Participation
The raffle is open to any adult who:
• makes a purchase in the shop (the receipt number serves as the participation ticket) or fills in a participation form in the shop;
• places a order on www.deconinck-fishing.com and writes “Christmas Raffle” in the order comments during the period mentioned in Article 2.
Only one entry per customer.
Article 4 – Participation Procedures
To participate, the customer must:
1. In the shop, have a customer card or complete a form. Online, “Christmas Raffle” must be written in the order comments.
2. Deposit the form in the ballot box in the shop, or validate participation online.
Any incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entry will be cancelled.
Article 5 – Prizes
Three prizes are available:
1. Your body weight in Deconinck groundbait. (In-store customers will be weighed in the shop. For online customers, weighing with dumbbells or with a friend on your back is prohibited.)
2. €150 gift voucher
3. €100 gift voucher
Prizes are not exchangeable, refundable, or convertible into monetary value.
Article 6 – Selection of Winners
The draw will take place on 6 January 2026 at the organizer’s premises. Winners will be contacted by phone or email within 5 days of the draw. If no response is received within 15 days, the prize may be reassigned.
Article 7 – Prize Collection
Prizes will be handed over to the winners in the shop upon presentation of an identity document and proof of purchase.
Article 8 – Liability
The organizer cannot be held responsible for:
• any loss or handling error related to participation;
• any delay or technical issue regarding online orders;
• cancellation of the raffle in cases of force majeure.
Article 9 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the raffle implies full acceptance of these rules. The complete rules are available in the shop and on the website www.deconinck-fishing.com.
