The internal electronic system has been tested for over a year throughout Europe in all possible fishing and weather conditions. The modern design features a very deep rod housing, which allows fishing in extreme situations without the need for an anti-ejection bracket. The detectors run on AAA batteries, while the control unit runs on a 9V battery, creating the best possible compromise between power consumption and range.
