Carp Lead Distance Casting Swivel Korda

Alan Partridge, an old school angler famous in the industry for his innovations and long distance fishing, is the originator of this sinker. He teased Danny for a long time by claiming that his sinkers threw farther than the Korda sinkers. One day Danny asked him to prove it, and the two went to a local lake. Danny cast as far as he could with his casting lead, the line was marked with a piece of elastic. Then Danny replaced his lead with Alan's, cast again, and went more than 25 meters beyond his first cast!

To top it off, Alan let Danny throw his own shot again to see if he could make the same distance as Alan's. Danny's solid shot still didn't match Alan's lead. Danny switched to Alan's lead pattern, and it has remained unchanged ever since.
