This rod is primarily intended for F1, silverfish and canal fishing, where a short, thin and light handle helps anglers be efficient, agile and comfortable. People like Andy Bennett played an important role in the testing and development of this product. In testing the rod, many of our anglers also found the handle to be perfect for netting lots of small fish sitting in the water when fishing fast, with Steve Ringer using it at the Feedermasters Finals at Tamar Lakes.

Because it's so short and light, it doesn't get in the way and is easy to position when wading, etc. Again, the thread is extra strong and double pinned for ultimate strength, and the joint is fully reinforced.
