Robin Red Margin Mix contains a quantity of Haith's Robin Red, an ingredient that has been synonymous with carp fishing for many decades. Mixing tips

Robin Red Margin Mix is simple to mix. Empty the 2 kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2-quart maggot tray with water, pour it over the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then leave to stand for 30 minutes, during which time the water will be absorbed by the groundbait. Then, for best results, to remove any lumps and create a homogeneous consistency, strain the groundbait through a sieve and it's ready to use.

When fishing, the sun and wind can dry out the groundbait a little. To avoid this, you can cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel, or if it dries out, simply add a little more water and mix again.
