Designing a top of the line rod line that meets the demands of modern feeder fishing techniques is never an easy task. It took over 2 years to develop the Supera X range, but the finished product is simply outstanding! We lost count of the number of samples that were tested by Des Shipp & Lee Kerry before we finally settled on the final design. We now believe that this is simply the best rod line we have ever produced. A key element of the Supera X range is the X wrap carbon weave. This super-strong weave reduces the overall diameter of the blank while providing an incredible fishing and casting action, a feat of engineering that is simply outstanding. Minimal rings are also featured on all models, reducing weight and allowing for extra distance on every cast thanks to a larger diameter. Like all of our premium rods, the Supera X features flat EVA/cork handles with the Supera X logo embossed on the material.
